David Ditmore

David has a body of acting work that includes more than 50 films, TV shows, plays and commercials.  He has shared the screen with Robin Williams in the very last scene the legendary star ever shot for film, in the movie "Boulevard."  David also had co-starring scenes with Connie Britton, Powers Booth and Eric Close on ABC's "Nashville."  And he shared the screen with Eric Roberts in the feature film "Deadline."  He is currently shooting and co-lead on the web-series "Three's a Pain" and has wrapped production this year on three short films as wells as the feature-length film "Silver Twins."

His awards include Best Male Thespian for "The Diary of Anne Frank" and winner of the 48 Hour Film Challenge for the short "Holding Pattern."  David is also an Emmy-winning news producer. He won a Emmy for breaking news coverage of the Tennessee Tornadoes in 2007.  He has also been nominated for 9 other news Emmy Awards and won the Associated Press award for Best Newscast in 2013.

David is also an acting coach and offers audition-taping services. He is also a special projects producer, in charge of live production of CMA Awards red carpet coverage, Bonnaroo coverage, American Idol final coverage, Town Hall events, election results and numerous news specials for the FOX affiliate in Nashville.

When he is not acting, you will most likely find him at the movies or enjoying a bite to eat with family and friends.  And when he gets the time, he heads to beach. David loves body surfing and says he feels most at peace when he is doing something in the water.
